Do you need to immigrate to Germany? Or another country for that matter? No - why do you do it? For upward mobility in a job market that is screaming out for foreign skilled workers. When that upward mobility is no longer there, why should they stay?

There are other reasons such as better quality of life as a working class person, which one can have in many EU countries, but cannot have in the USA.
