Probably not even edible at this point. Should just throw him out.

Assuming that the photo of the lower jaw is FitzJames' lower jaw, aren't there supposed to be more tooth holes on it? It looks like he only had about 12 teeth on his lower jaw.

I don't think there's anything odd about that given dental methods of the time. After teeth are extracted bone begins to fill in the holes and/or wither back if there are insufficient teeth.
