Something like this was inevitable. Starlink cannot operate in Brazil without consent from regulators because it licenses radio spectrum from the people of Brazil. Starlink is also required (in all operating jurisdictions) to cooperate with law enforcement to filter or intercept customer traffic.
Seems to be the correct thing to do: Twitter and Starlink are different companies. Moraes froze Starlink assets because he has a beef with Musk; Starlink doesn't have to make the same mistake by refusing to comply with X's ban in Brasil because it has the same owner.
