Does anyone really know what the return delays are about? Abundance of caution, or real problem?


I saw part of a video on youtube yesterday but it sounded like a spacex fan saying spacex would have to save he day with a rescue mission. There was not much info. So looking at more official sources. I suspect (read my guess from my armchair) every one involved wants to avoid a tragic disaster but things look sort of OK.

I am wondering how close this is to being more or less normal (space is hard) and we just do not normally hear the details NASA normally worry about or is this extra scrutiny in the media because "Boeing".
