You should mix with different people. When you mix poverty and a lack of education with genetic stupidity you get some pretty obnoxious personal motivations over the population, and those motivations aren't fixed by lifting people out of poverty or trying to educate them. Some people are simply lost causes that society would be better off without, period. Pretending otherwise is naive.
