Love that there is an alternative OSS for internal tooling.

As a PM , I totally underappreciate the power of these tools in streamlining the workflows across the org.

AGPL definitely is a downside!

I'm sure it's not a popular opinion, but I consider AGPL to be more source-available trialware than OSS. Even for strictly internal tooling, I hesitate to use AGPL licensed code.
