FttH with Ubiquity Unifi USG Pro 4 router (fiber goes straight into my router, no provider equipment) connected to a Netgear MS510TX switch. I have two ubiquity access points and the controller runs on my NAS in a docker container.

If I were to build it again I'd have a look at the TP Link Omada gear, I hear good things about it.
