Ask HN: Folks who play games with physical disabilities, what features help?

On my personal time, I've been making a computer game with traditional third-person controls. I purchased the Xbox Adaptive Controller with the one-handed joystick attachment, and I'd like to make my game more available to people that have a different situation with regards to mobility.

If you have a physical disability and there are certain configuration options that help you enjoy a third-person game, I'd love to hear from you. Some things that come to mind to me are auto-camera-turning or toggle options if you have arthritis, but I want to hear from outside my perspective on that one.




Have you ever heard of Brolylegs? He plays Street Fighter using his mouth and he is very successfull, he is able to beat top players. He recently participated in Street Fighter League. IIRC he was the top online Chun Li player in the world for Street Fighter 4 for a while. Research him.
