This is a tired trope: "American liberals aren't real global liberals, they're actually conservatives (or at best, centrists) just masquerading!"

Nothing you listed seems even slightly crazy to me, nor anything that a good chunk of American liberals would disagree with. Or a non-trivial fraction of conservatives, for that matter.
