What you really need to do is make a screencast demo explaining from the VERY beginning a) what is the problem b) how juwo solves it. In very plain language with in screen demo.

You don't have to be anywhere near as crisp as these guys. If you can answer what's the problem and how juwo solves it in 2minutes you'll have fewer confused minds.

Arent the pictures clear and simple? The problem with screencast is what juwo tries to solve.

However, as you suggest, I shall create a screencast and see which is better.
