Which constitutional rights would Facebook be violating if it decided to shut down your account?

(hint: the US Constitution does not guarantee you a right to use Facebook, or any other private-sector service)

Oh yes, it does - your phone/DSL provider, for example, is not allowed to terminate your service for anything but missed payments and abuse (spamming/hacking). Facebook and other social networks must not be excepted from this!


But you know there are also laws against fraud, right?
