That's a mere dismissal. What's the best science we have today? Much of what I saw showed there was a point of no return. Some of it thought we passed it. All of them were clear humanity would have to massively work together to sacrifice most of the CO2 and methane-producing stuff they love to turn it around. Stuff that so much of the economy and politicians' elections depend on.

The evidence I've seen is solidly in the "we're screwed no matter what a few companies or countries do" territory.
