The limit is only enforced in the web interface. You can send from any alias using any third party email client, and on the website you can configure a catchall mailbox and create a rule to filter out the aliases that receive spam.
I think that spending a lot of time typing is likely an architectural problem.
But I do see how AI tools can be used for "oneshot" code where pondering maintainability and structure is wasted time.
Vodafone refused to enable dual stack on my DSL connection. I got to pick from either keeping dual stack with CGNAT or completely disabling IPv6 but get a reachable IPv4.
My mobile provider doesn't allow IPv6 connections.
So ironically, to be reachable from everywhere, I had to turn off IPv6.
