I quit cold-turkey around 3 years ago. Caffeine started to affect me differently the older I got, and it wasn't until I was almost hospitalized from dehydration during a house move that I realized I was perhaps a little too dependent on it.
The following couple of weeks after quitting was hell. Migraines, shakes, generally feeling awful. I doubted my decision, but powered through, and am thankful I did.
Waking up is easier, going to sleep is easier, and personally I wasn't a fan of the adrenaline rush feeling I would get after drinking coffee. Your mileage may vary, but if you're getting older and feeling jittery then definitely give it a try.
Agreed, went caffeine-free almost 3 years ago and feel so much better. Had initial brain fog, and like you described some pretty debilitating headaches and migraines from the caffeine withdrawal, but it passed after a couple weeks.
If you're interested, I found a not-quite-coffee alternative that seems to satisfy my craving. It's a dandelion root substitute, the brand I drink is Dandy Blend. More like instant coffee than a good ground bean coffee but it does the job.
What an interesting response, do you really think obesity is similar to a contagious virus or are you just grasping at straws to support your ideology?

All I'm doing is pointing out that a statement in the parent comment is false, nitpicking essentially. It's kind of what we do here. There's no need to project an entire ideology onto me. Just because I disagree with one particular falsehood on one particular side of an issue does not immediately mean I am on the "other team".
The fingerprinting for a lot of these apps is scary, Reddit included. I would like to see how much Reddit does in comparison, like other commenters mentioned.
I like Ember.js, been using it since version 1.12, through to 2.x and now 3.x. Had been playing with the beta builds of Octane on the side, glad to see it all coming over to the main build!
Congrats to Kyle and the team. Been using Gatsby in prod for nearly a year now (v1 then migrated to v2), the team is super helpful and responsive to feedback and issues.
