You should be able to use the controller calibrator to calibrate a regular video game controller and use it.

Only use the upper half of the left stick per the spring issue folks mentioned above.

You can also use your keyboard or the virtual joystick if you are on a touch screen!

This is a scary but incredible idea.

It'd probably much cheaper just to fly a set of drones in the area rather than deploy a full PsyOps team and gear. They do it with actual jets while the actual attackers are flying in fast and low from the opposite direction now that you've sortied your defensive aircraft towards the bait.
