sled.layercode.com is an open source web UI to Claude Codex, Codex, Gemini CLI that you run on your machine. It has a responsive UI, so you can access your coding agent from your mobile (and do this from anywhere if you securely expose your machine with Tailscale or similar).
Voice mode automatically transcribes your speech, and allows the agent to speak its responses back in a range of voices. Voice mode is provided by a free (rate limited for individual use cases) voice API hosted by us (layercode.com). We don't store any conversations or other user data. The voice API is hosted on Cloudflare. Voice mode can be disabled if you want to keep all conversations local.
Unfortunately it's not really viable to sent a counter msg for every msg which goes through the system ;) Our stats and logging has to be somewhat delayed.
We believe WebSocket communication is going to evolve the way the web works. Our aim is to be the first port of call for developers looking to build realtime functionality.
If you share our enthusiasm for the realtime web, want to be part of this grand ideal, and can abide our continued over-use of the word “awesome”, drop us a line.
We need developers and ops peeps to work on making the Pusher platform more awesome, and more scalable. Previous experience with distributed systems is essential, whether it be Ruby, Node.js or Erlang.
We’re still a smallish team (7 in total) and there are great opportunities for having an influence in something really exciting. We’re based in London (EC1), and we’re looking for people who can work on site with us.
We're doing awesome stuff with Websockets to provide realtime browser push as a service. People with ace Ruby skills and a keen interest in realtime messaging should drop us a line (jobs@)

During the beta we're focused on the dedicated encoders side of things. For people with a large volume of videos this can provide huge savings. We are aware that the base plan we currently have may be too high for some, and we are looking into smaller shared encoder plans.
Hey, I'm Damien the co-founder of Panda. We've made the integration easy (if not easier!) than other services out there, for example you can have your users upload video directly to your Panda account instead of via your app. We also don't charge you per video or GB so you can encode as many videos you like on your dedicated encoders.
If you give the service a spin we'd love to hear your thoughts.
Uploading directly is a pretty neat feature, unfortunately the base pricing is higher than we're looking to pay. Our monthly is pretty low with encoding.com right now.

We use Zed's great ACP https://agentclientprotocol.com to communicate with your local coding agent processes.
Enjoy coding from anywhere!
