Graphene on a pixel is the most lightweight ROM

Graphene is way ahead of this

Apps on grapheneos can see a list of other apps in the same profile.

Not just possible, currently being implemented. People are murdered every year using this information. Last year a US politician was assassinated by someone who tracked them by buying this information from aggregator. You thought of a tame use case!

Which politician? I want to read more

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025_shootings_of_Minnesota_le... search for 'data broker' in page. Nightmare world we live in.

If this had happened to a right wing politician there would immediately have been federal legislation exempting politicians from data tracking

And you can limit which contacts you share with nosy app like WhatsApp, and give access to only specific scope of file folders. Horrifying to think all the years every app got everything it wanted and did not have to ask and couldn't be stopped (I had a rooted phone for firewall capability for a while )

Why wouldn't it be real?

If the rest of the tweet is ai-generated, why not the picture?

In fact, if you ask me, I think the tweet's picture is semi-real; I trust the computer history museum to have the original and the tweet has an AI-upscaled photo with artificial details.

I think you are right, the checked pattern on the shirt is not directionally consistent

Better safe than sorry in today's internet.

Every single app you've ever downloaded basically shares this same property. You either audited the code and know what it does or you are taking someone's word for it.

Build it yourself or bust

People would never lie on the internet.

Their android app at least is open source and on available on their own f-droid repo

No, its a really ignorant name collision. And the helix text editor is much better.
